About and mission

Who we are

The Haas Hall Academy Fort Smith Booster Club supports co-curricular and extracurricular clubs, teams and activities at Haas Hall Academy Fort Smith. That includes academic programs, fine arts, music and athletics. Our support isn't limited to formally named clubs.

Haas Hall Academy is a tuition-free public charter school. Admission is by annual lottery. Booster Club support helps cover costs like competition registrations, meet entries and team needs, so more scholars can take part.

  • Recognized public charity. The IRS recognizes the Booster Club as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity.
  • Separate from the school. We're an Arkansas nonprofit corporation with our own leadership and records, run by parent volunteers.
  • Board-approved spending. Every funding request is reviewed and approved by the Board.

Quiz Bowl tournament registrations and Biology Olympiad registration for participating scholars.

Fine arts and music

Band and orchestra registration through the Arkansas School Band and Orchestra Association.

Athletics

Cross Country meet entries and team uniforms purchased through the Booster Club.

How to get involved

There's a place for every family

Parents, guardians, faculty and friends of HHA-FS make events like our Favorite T-Shirt & Taco + Chili Day possible. Help with a single event is always welcome.

Faculty funding requests

For HHA-FS faculty sponsors

Faculty sponsors can ask for Booster Club support for a club, team or program by filling out our short funding request form. The Board reviews each request. Approval depends on available funds.

Have these ready:

  • Your name and the club, team or program
  • Purpose and amount
  • Payment deadline
  • Payment method and payee
